#3... (Signed up to) take a cooking class!

Today, I got on our Central Market Cooking School Home Page to decide on a future cooking class. I looked through February but didn't see anything that caught my eye. Then, got to March and there it was... March 27th... the perfect class that I couldn't afford to miss complete with Wine Sangria, Spring Rolls, Baked Fish and Strawberry cupcakes. I cannot wait to attend and hope that my friend Cheryl will join me!!

Here is the description:

GIRLS NIGHT OUT: SPRING CELEBRATION

Renew, rejuvenate and just plain celebrate time with your friends. Carol will demonstrate a variety of cooking techniques highlighting the bounty of spring produce, fresh seafood and unique ingredients. Becky will share her talent for working with fondant by demonstrating lovely spring fondant flowers that can be used to decorate cupcakes.

Recipes include:
White Wine Sangria;
Fresh Shrimp Spring Rolls with Peanut Dipping Sauce;
Jasmine Rice Pilaf, Baked Fish & Julienne Vegetables en Papillote; and
Strawberry Cupcakes with Fondant Flowers.

  2. YEA! What a fun night you're going to have! We have friends down here that go to Central Market cooking nights once a month as a couple & they absolutely love it. ENJOY!! And let us know how it goes! (Take your camera & capture it all as the night goes along!)
